I am learning to add my thoughts and feelings in my recount writing.
At Nana’s and my Papa’s house
On the weekend I went to my nana’s and my papa’s.
First I packed my suitcase. Next my mum dropped me off at Parakao and
then my nan picked me up from Parakao.
I had fish and chips. It was yummy.
After that me and my Nana went to her house.
When we got there I got changed into my togs
because I was going to have a swim.
I liked my swim it was fun and cold at the same time.
After my swim I got changed into my dry clothes.
Then me and my nana went up stairs and watched a movie called Big Hero 6.
I liked the movie. It was fantastic and we had some chips.
They were cheezels. After that movie, we watched How to train a dragon.
It was cool. I liked it. It was about heaps of dragons.
There was all kind of dragons in the movie. It was cool.
The next day I went to the park. I went on the swing the
monkey bars and all of the things that were at the park.
I liked it at the park. It was fun. Then we went to the straightener
shop and got a hair straightener.
After that we went home to my nan’s
house and she straightened my hair.
Then we went to go give my
nan’s friend some food because she needed some food and
then my nan dropped me off at Parakao and my mum
picked me up and then I went home with my mum.
